Aaron Dias, Founder

Aaron is a producer, writer, and director.

He moved to Duluth in 2021 after experiencing the passionate filmmaking community while attending our local film festivals. He knew he wanted to be part of this.

Aaron executive produced local projects including Beyond the North Woods, and Man has a Mania. On top of starting the Equipment Pit he is directing a new romantic comedy Painted with L.O.V.E.

Lance Todd, Manager

Lance is a writer, director, and actor.

He was born and raised in Duluth and has been deeply embedded in the film community directing feature films for over 15 years. He has worked for local film festivals and performed a wide variety of jobs of on productions in the area.

He is currently shooting his next sci-fi thriller Conflux.
